Thespians (grades 4-9):

Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.; Friday, 1-8 p.m.; Saturday, 11:30 a.m.- 3 p.m.

Director – Avery Himes

Avery grew up in Brunswick and is a graduate of Brunswick High School. She participated in many youth theater productions, both acting and directing. Avery holds a B.A. in Theater Studies, a B.S. in Business Management from Elon University, and a Master’s in Accounting from Boston College. She is now a CPA and mom of 3 residing in Holliston, Massachusetts. Avery is excited to be coming back to MYT this August to direct Mary Poppins, Jr.

 

Director – Rachel Morris

Rachel Morris is a graduate of Hofstra University, and she is so excited to be working with MYT again this summer! She has a BFA in Drama Performance and studied Fine Arts and Disability Studies during her time at Hofstra. She assisted in directing Beauty and the Beast and Matilda alongside Avery Himes last summer and is so happy to make more memories with the campers this summer. She hopes you enjoy the show! Rachel will be directing two shows this summer, Cinderella, Jr. and Annie, Jr.
